Antique Art Nouveau bohemian Green glass Iily Vases

£135.00

Green glass lily vases, likely Bohemian glass from the late 19th or early 20th century. Bohemian glass, or Bohemia crystal, comes from the Bohemia and Silesia regions of what is now the Czech Republic and is known for its high quality, clarity, and decorative techniques.

These vases are characterise by their light green ribbed or fluted body, a ruffled or crimped top, and a trumpet or lily shape. They are also sometimes referred to as "swung" vases due to the way they are formed, with the hot glass being swung and stretched to create the elongated shape.
