A fabulous crimson blow cased glass vase c.1880 by Thomas Webb & Sons, dark red on a base of rich yellow glass, this gourd shaped vase is beautifully decorated with raised gilding in the Japanese style depicting a butterfly amidst prunus and pine.
height 18.3 cm
This great vase is in excellent condition with no noted flaws other than faint wear to the gilded upper rim.
